Strain-specific cortex gene expression and isoform usage

Differential gene expression and transcript isoform analysis between C57BL/6J and DBA/2J mouse cortex tissue using Oxford Nanopore PCR-cDNA long-read sequencing. Three biological replicates per strain, with AMPure XP bead size selection at 1.5 kb cutoff.
